from £300/month Are you new or not confident in the gym and need more support to get started? Do you want to get the most out of your time in the gym? Do you want a done for you service where you don’t have to think about anything? If you are willing to turn up, work hard and do your best, then Personal Training is ideal for you! I'll be the concierge in charge of your health and well-being.

HYBRID TRAINING
£250/month Do you already train in the gym but you feel you need support and clear direction with your training and nutrition? Maybe you need accountability and an expert to help you achieve results. Hybrid Training combines all the benefits of Online and Personal Training. In between our bi-weekly sessions, you choose the location and the time of your workouts to best suit your schedule and lifestyle.

ONLINE TRAINING
£200/month Online training is ideal for you if you are either experienced or confident in the gym, or happy to train hard on your own. If you need a personalised training plan, individualised to you, with expert advice, to achieve the results you crave, this package is for you! It's the easiest, most cost-effective and convenient way to work with me via the coaching app. You can work out anywhere, anytime.
What's Included?

Do I need to be a member of a gym?
No, although there is a guest fee of £15 per session for non-members of Bannatyne Health Club Cookridge Hall, available at reception upon arrival. This fee would not be applicable to Online Training clients.

Do I need to purchase any equipment?
No, I’ll plan your individualised program around whatever equipment you have. If you’re not a member of a gym or don’t have any equipment, then I will design fun and effective bodyweight workouts for you.

Do I need to download any software?
All clients will need to download the online coaching app. Full instructions on how to do this will be given.
|
How strict does my diet need to be?
I provide habit based nutrition coaching. Your eating plan will be structured and designed with your goals and lifestyle in mind. Good nutrition is outcome based so the more you consistently follow the coaching plan, the more successful you will be.

CAN I SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT PACKAGE?
Of course. You need to be comfortable and confident that the package you have chosen will optimise your time and effort.

How do I track my food intake?
MyFitnessPal is a free app you can use to track your food intake. It is widely used and it will sync with my online training app too. Full instructions on how to use it will be given.

How do I check in with you?
Personal Training clients will have my mobile phone number and can contact me directly. Hybrid Training clients can use their bi-weekly sessions. Online Training clients can use their bi-weekly email support. All clients can use the in-app messenger.

How do payments work?
You can pay via PayPal using your own PayPal account, your debit or credit card.

Is there a cancellation policy?
You are free to cancel at any time if you feel my services are not for you. But I highly recommend giving yourself a minimum of 3 months to start seeing results.

How does the Training App work?
You can use the app on your laptop, your Android smartphone or iPhone. When you sign-up, you'll receive instructions how to download it from the App or Play Store. You'll need to register an account and follow instructions. I'll be there with you to set everything up if you get stuck.
